2020	opening of cave announced.

Description

The Grand Canyon de Meyrangle (The Grand Canyon of Meyrangle) is a show cave in the making. Hervé Lacarrière from the town Martel is currently developing the cave as a show cave, constructing an artificial entrance. It is a river cave and will be toured by boat. He plans to open the cave soon, we think this means Spring 2021. For some strange reason he keeps the location of the cave secret, which is rather weird. But we guess its somewhere around Martel. He is a professional developer of tourist sites and has created the successful steam train venue, so we guess the secrecy is a marketing stunt. He revealed that he will need 10 employees and 100,000 visitors per year to pay them.
