Description

Động Tiên Sơn Thanh Hóa (Tien Son Cave in Thanh Hóa Province) is not the actual name of the cave, the cave is named Tiên Sơn. Unfortunately there are two Tiên Sơn caves in Vietnam, and so the name of the province was added to make clear which one is meant. This is the one in Thanh Hóa, in Vinh An commune, in Vinh Loc district. It is located inside the karst tower named Ham Rong mountain. The 600 m long passage is quite spacious, 12 m wide and 20 m high. The largest chamber is actually 50 m high. The last chamber contains a cave lake, which is called the Fairy Lake.
