Clarksville Cave is a wild cave which is owned and protected by the Northeast Caving Conservacy. It is a so-called sacrifice cave, which means it is open to the public, it is actually sort of developed, as there is a changing area near the entrance and a billboard with a map of the cave and photographs. So cave visitors are now officially welcome, instead of just tolerated by the private landowners.
