Gunma Prefecture - Gunma-ken


Gunma Prefecture is a small landlocked prefecture in the center of Honshu island. It is in the northwestern corner of the Kantō Plain. Most of the prefecture is mountainous, some major mountains are Mount Akagi, Mount Haruna, Mount Myōgi, Mount Nikkō-Shirane and Mount Asama.
