History

Description

The Grotte des Francs-Tireurs is a rather huge shelter cave, which was used as a hideout by the inhabitants of Garrebourg in 1870 as German troops approached. The cave is located along the long-distance walking trail from Lutzelbourg to Dabo, marked with a red-white-red rectangle.
