Description

The Restaurant Cova Sa Nacra is a cave restaurant. Here you can enjoy paella and classic seafood dishes in a restaurant set into a cave, opening onto a waterfront terrace. It is located in the southern part of the city Ciutadella de Menorca, at the shores of a cove named Cala Santandría. Facing southward, the terrace is sunny all day, and in the evening you can enjoy a great sunset.

The cave is not natural, or at least it was heavily alterated. It seems the cave was dug into the limestone, probably a century ago, to be used as a cave dwelling. It has now been restored, some artworks placed on the walls, and the cave transformed into a restaurant.
