七星岩 (Qixingyan, Seven Star Rocks) is generally called Seven Star Cave. This park with its karst towers and numerous caves is located in the center of the city Zhaoquing. There is a huge lake in the center, and the karst towers form a group of islands in this lake, connected by bridges. The lake is artificial and named Xinghu Reservoir. The park was started in 1933 and numerous pavilions, temples and other buildings were erected over the decades.
