Tham Ruesi is famous for Bo Ya or Medicine Well, a well which is believed to cure diseases. The soil in the well is yellow.

Nearby is Namtok Krathing, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Park. Another nearby sight is an imprint of Lord Buddha's foot.
