Grand Est

Grand Est (Great East) is an administrative region in Northeastern France consisting Alsace, Champagne, Ardenne, and Lorraine. For a short time known under the provisional name of Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine (ALCA). The Vosges (Alsace) and Ardennes are mountain ranges, the Champagne and the Lorraine are basins.
