Belize - About the Country

Formerly known as British Honduras, Belize is located in the south east part of the Yucatan Peninsula in Central America. It is bordered by Mexico in the north, by Guatemala in the west and south and the Caribbean Sea in the east. It extends 280km north to south and 110km east to west.
