Les Maisons de Cappadoce is a cave hotel under French managemant and thus a good address for French speaking tourists. It is owned by M Jacques Avizou, a French architect who discovered Cappadocia decades ago. The hotel consists of a dozen unique houses, each with its own private entrance, salon, bedroom, and terrace garden. Uçhisar is the highest town in Göreme area and thus the hotel offers the best views of the striking Cappadocian countryside.
