Altinocak Restaurant is located inside a modern cave, cut out of the soft volcanic tufa with modern machines. The result is a rather straight architecture with the beautiful texture of the natural rock at the walls. The restaurant is specialized in local dishes and folklore evenings with music, turkish folk dances, belly dance, and the famous dancing derwishes. Obviously a sort of tourist trap and able to manage bus loads of tourists, but still with its own charm of a cave restaurant.
