Khao Tham Phra is a karst cave also used as temple. Beneath stalactites and stalagmites are many Buddha images placed in the cave. The cave is reached over a long stair with 100 steps, which is the place of a procession once a year during Songkran Festival. Locals take flowers, candles and incense sticks up to the cave temple to honour the Buddha images.
The peak above the cave temple offers a great view of Amphoe Krok Phra.
