Simon's Cave is less huge than other caves in the park, but it has numerous interesting formations. Really special are the so called shower heads, circular stalagmites which formed around a hole in the ceiling. Unlike normal stalagmites they have this huge hole in the middle where during the rain season enormous amounts of water flow. So it does not only look like a shower head, it also works like one.
This cave has no paths, but in dry season a visit is an easy walk. Only one or two easy climbs must be done. But the cave is not suitable to elderly people. Visitors should be in good physical shape and appropriate clothes and shoes are advisable.
