History

Description

The tour begins with an early morning start in Panama City taking the Pan-American Highway until reaching a small indigenous community by the Bayano lake. Here you will meet the local contact and board one of their very own hand crafted "Cayucos" to start navigating to the entrance of the caves. This lake is quite big and the landscape is dramatic!

Once at the caves the adventure begins. You will immediately feel the adrenaline pumping through your veins as you walk deep into this underground river and start appreciating the most spectacular rock formations, stalactites and stalagmites created over millions of years. This is definitely an unforgettable trip impossible to describe with words, you have to experience it for yourself.
