History

Description

Le Faux Saulnier (the Faked Saulnier) is named after Louis Saulnier who wrote the book Le Répertoire de La Cuisine. However, the website does not explain how they are related to the rather famous cook. We guess its some sort of joke. The underground site includes the restaurant, several chambers which are offered for all kinds of festivities, and a small underground hotel.
