The zoo of the city Doué la Fontaine is named Bioparc. It is located at the south western side of the city inside a huge quarry. This offers a lot of room for the animals, and the caves at the rims of the place offer a cool retreat for the animals during hot summer days. So if you want to see some typical subterranean structures of the area, but your family prefers a fun day, this is the place.
