On the Frankian Jura there are numerous tufa runnels. The one at Wolfsbrunn is probably the one which is most easily visited and also the most impressive. Some 100m is the runnel long and meanders down the slope of the escarpment. Follow the road from Wolfsbronn to Degersheim uphill to the parking lot at the forest. From here its just a few meters to the runnel. A trail runs parallel to the runnel uphill and allows the examination of the geotop along its whole length.
