At Sparwood, right in the middle of the village stands a truck in a small park. Its not a common truck, its the Terex Titan, the world's largest dump truck which weighs 350 tonnes. This truck is used in the nearby Sparwood open pit coal mine, which is operated by the Elkview Coal Corporation.
